If the original iPad Pro was too big and unwieldy for you, the new 9.7″ version may be just right. At just under one pound it features a new pro Retina display with greater brightness, wider colors, lower reflectivity, Night Shift mode to help you sleep better, and it introduces new True Tone display technology to dynamically adjust white balance.

The screen is amazing and the Apple Pencil is a natural drawing tool. After a few minutes we became very comfortable drawing and sketching with the Pencil as it moved across the screen smoothly.

“iPad Pro is a new generation of iPad that is indispensable and immersive, enabling people to be more productive and more creative. It’s incredibly fast, extremely portable, and completely natural to use with your fingers, Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard. And now it comes in two sizes,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing.

The entry-level $599 iPad Pro 9.7″ comes with 32GB of storage, it’s also available with 128GB of storage for $749 or a 256GB model for $849.
